I was told I could change my mind within 48 hours, BUT I was not given a copy of any contract that stated such...and I was told in order to cancel, I had to send a copy of my contract to the Hillsboro corperate office within 48 hours.. AND it was a saturday, so they were closed. I am still amazed by the customer service staff at the corperate office and their lack of tact and rudeness. I STRONGLY suggest that you think before you sign the doted line because in spite of them saying you have 48 hours, you dont! You are stuck. AND I have had 3 chemical peels, one microderabrasion treatment and my skin does not look any different. I wish I had just gone to a dermatologist, what a waste of time and money :(
