Review content:
Good: Cheap prices, or so it appears, as they say, 'you get what you pay for'. One star rating. Bad: They claims they have a sign near the electronics saying, 'they are refurbished', meaning second hand in the appliance section. There is a sign ahead on the wall when you pay the cashier you can get a credit or exchange, not a refund. But no sign with the applicance. The notice is on the back of the receipt, but the item is paid for when the receipt is given. Customer service desk stinks. Improvements: TELL people the items are refurbished before they are
purchased, not after.. Other: I purchased a microwave, it didn't work properly. I returned it and was THEN told I could get a store credit. Yeah, I could get another reconditioned microwave, but I wanted a NEW one. I spend more than an hour getting a credit issued. Will never buy from Cook Brothers again..
