The first time I went to Splash I wanted to try out their basic services. I was so impressed by the comprehensive consultation that I felt comfortable enough to go for color. I got a radiant reddish brown and felt and looked like a new woman when I left the salon. The stylist talked about my hair most of the time which convinced me that she was sincerely concerned about my hair. Next visit, highlights for spring. The total experience was exceptional.
