Review content:
With the creation of the new Town Center, the city of Virginia Beach has been pumping money into the Pembroke area, including the mall, like crazy. While I recognize their efforts, they will never be able to make this mall anywhere near as good as Lynnhaven, Macarthur, or Greenbrier. If you’re looking for a good place to spend an afternoon shopping, this isn’t it. The stores still aren’t up to par, and the carpet is hideous.
