Review content:
Visiting the ER is never a fun experience. But trying to get into an ER is Fresno is a nightmare. I have used the ER facilities at Selma Community twice and have found them to be clean and well kept. There is a limited wait time, especially in comparison to many other hospitals. The medical staff is thorough. They take the time to find out what the problem is and then act quickly to help you out. I would drive 30 minutes to Selma to go to this ER before I would use any ER in Fresno.
