Review content:
This yoga studio is different from other ones that I've been to in Encinitas and elsewhere. I like it for the physical aspect, but don't expect any "Om"s or "Namaste"s here. It's more about the movement and it's more like a workout, and it really depends on you to integrate your focus and intent. I like the heat and hard sweating--It feels great to do that. There's more deep focus on a specific set of postures with less variation that other studios--I miss the Sun Sal's and hip openers and warrior poses. I've always gone to more traditional hatha studios, and I can't say I'm really sold on Bikram yet, but so far I like it. Instructors are friendly and respectful.
