Review content:
My wife and I have been searching for years to find a massage experience in Columbus Ohio that rivals those of which we have become accustomed to during our travels. We tried every place in town - the spas, salons, and even another massage specific chain (what a nightmare btw) but none of them measured up. We had all but given up hope when my wife received an invitation to Elements in the mail. The price was right and it happens to be right next to one of our favorite breakfast spots at Mill Run so we figured we had nothing to lose - we both scheduled massages for the following Saturday.
From the moment we entered the Elements studio we knew it was special. The atomosphere is absolutely tranquil and the staff is very friendly and inviting. Our therapists met us in the lobby and took their time to get to know us. They made sure they addressed any concerns that we had and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We both chose the 55 minute package but we have different tastes in regards to pressure - I like more of a deep tissue massage whereas my wife prefers a more relaxing swedish style. The therapists were very flexible and were able to accomodate our specific requests.
The rooms are very intimate - they're candle lit with soothing background music and some of the most comfortable heated beds I have ever been in. I was completely relaxed by the time the therapist entered the room. Once the massage started I found myself lost in the experience. It was perfect.
55 minutes later my wife and I met in the lobby with huge smiles on our faces. We had finally found it! Since then we have been back several times. We have both tried a few different therapists with excellent results on every occasion. Its easy to recommend with results like this - there isn't a better 55 minute experience in town!
Pros: Atmosphere, Therapists, Staff, Heated Beds
Cons: No rooms with 2 beds
