Businiess name:  Bertucci's Brick Oven Rstrnt
Review by:  Gina Marie S.
Review content:
The Mt. Laurel location was the chain's first foray into Southern NJ. Since it's inception there, Bertucci's has opened at 515 N. Rt. 73 in Marlton at the site formerly known as Dalt's and Papparazzi and at the Cherry Hill Mall on the Route 38 side in the space formerly known as Woolworth's (yes, I'm dating myself a bit.) The quality of the brick oven pizza has been inconsistent over the years with my favorite being the Carmine, similar to the standard margherita but loaded with carmelized onions. The ovens all need to be cleaned more often as evidenced by the black soot that often clings to the bottom of the pizza pies. The salad's proportions are generous and watch out for the addictive rolls. They are not on the Atkins plan. Service is spotty and servers are often young. Be wary of dining near closing time. You may wind up next to a waiter anxious to do sidework with a mop and bucket full 'o dirty water next to you - I did.
