My wife and I hired this company after several other bids the bid was reasonable and the design was what we had in mind. The job was to start at a certain week and didn't start for a FULL month and several calls later! The crew stood around more than they worked and the product was far from acceptable. The sprinkler system wasn't installed correctly and when it was time for the company to winterize the system it wasn't done correctly and many lines broke over the winter and the system had to be redone by a different company this year! Trees were dead and the fence that was installed looked like a child put it up. I never saw the owner on the site except to collect money and he was rude when I expressed dissatisfaction. The actual charges were extreamly higher than the bid as well. I have checked into this company and I am not sure how it is licensed because this owner has NEVER done landscape work or installed sprinker systems prior to getting the license and I believe he lied to get the city license! WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!! We could have gotten better quality product at a cheaper price when all was said and done. Very incompetent company!!
