We built our home about a year ago and purchased our brick from Cadillac Brick, at the time of our original order we needed over 27,000 bricks for our home.. this was one of the few places we could find that could even order the specific brick we wanted, which happened to be on backorder at the time, they were very easy to work with and ended up finding somewhere the brick was available so we could have it when we needed it, we were very pleased with their services.. and we have recently used them again, we are working on our landscaping and needed approx 4,000 bricks for our patio, we again decided to use Cadillac Brick and they again were easy and efficient to work with.
I have one minor complaint, if you do order from them and are having the product delivered to your home make sure to specify over and over where you want the brick left when they deliver it, we specified we wanted it left in the back of the house as 4,000 bricks are not easy to move from front to back of the house and they left it right at the curb, we called to let them know this and they did apologize and promise to have someone back out in the next few days to move it to the back, so they came out again and only moved it closer to the front of the house, not in the back, so again we had to call and finally they came back and moved it to the correct location, the back of the house, I guess we could say third times a charm.. this wasn't a major deal with us because we weren't exactly ready to begin the project but it is a hassle when you request and expect something and it's not done correctly.
I would purchase from them again.
