Erin was aggressive and gave us a decent offer. She gave us the offer which we mutually agreed upon without any surprises. Judy was extremely fabulous and friendly. She helped us test-drive the vehicle and while purchasing the car, she made sure that everything was clean before it went out of the door. It is always nice to walk into a dealership where people smile at you and do not throw attitude at us. For us, this was a major point in dealing with Crown Honda. Nowhere else have we found such a wonderful staff. Overall,it was a good experience and we would refer our friends here. Thanks?
