We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I recently went to CVS in New Lexington, and saw that they had a promotion going on (buy 2 coppertone sunscreens get a beach umbrella free). Well, the ladies working that day had no clue abou t the promotion, but they took my name and number, said that they would find out about it and call me. Well, I was about to call them, because it had been 2 weeks and no call. They finally called and apologized all over the place for not getting back sooner. The had to track down an umbrella for me. They ended up sending one of the employees to Athens to get one. And they are holding it until I can make it to them! Talk about going the extra mile!
