I originally stayed here because I come to Grand Rapids quite a bit and have stayed in some less than fantastic hotels and thought I needed to check this place out because it's near where I socialize, I am so glad I did, I will not stay anyplace else from now on. I now have stayed here a dozen times or better and have never been disappointed, the staff is awesome. I once wanted a minor change , they were not able to accommodate me so they gave me a free all I could eat breakfast...and that was great! other than that one time I have always gotten what I have asked for......when staying here you should keep in mind that this is not the JW Marriott or the Amway Grand...it is what it is and to me that means, affordable, clean, quiet, convenient and accommodating and for the price you will not do better. The beds are so comfortable I never want to get out of them. Not much is close but then they have all you should need...rest./ bar. They have room service.
