Review content:
The man complaining about us had an 11 year old van, with 220000 miles on it and blamed us for breaking his plastic door handle even though we have it on video that it was broken upon entry into our shop. Two of the four door handles are broken and he is bad mouthing us all over the internet even though we have proof that we didn't break it. I have owned this shop for 8 years, from day one. We grow in volume of business every year. John is trying to pressure us to buy him a door handle even though it was not our fault.
