I remember 34+ years ago sitting in your dental chair. Driving to my appointment my mother assured me "you like going to Dr. Brains office) to calm my nerves, and when I arrived your staff always rememebered my name. (I know how important charts are.) After I was ushered back by your smiling nurse, you always made me feel like a rockstar. You may not know it, but your kindness, professionalism, good humor, good mood and courteous manner taught me a great deal about customer service and friendship. Hopefully I can make each person I come in contact with, even if for just a moment, feel like they are the most important person in the world. You made me feel like that. Thank you.
