Car insurance was at the bottom of my to-do-list. Here we sit, my wife and I in Eaton, Colorado, as our daughter, Tiffnee, goes to Van Nuys, California to follow her dreams. After an extensive search on the internet, my goal was to call ten to fifteen insurance companies and to have Tiffnee’s jeep covered that day.
Barri Hollander of State Farm Insurance was my first call. Prepared for the usual call of this type, I was taken aback when you answered your own phone. An old business practice not followed much today. Questions were quickly and politely answered. To further protect our daughter, you suggested Tenants Insurance. All was going so well that I felt I was talking with an old friend, not an Insurance Agent. Still determined, I told you that Tiffnee lived a few minutes away and that she would be in your office shortly. That was very presumptuous on my part. Not asking about your schedule, just barging in on your afternoon. Later, I found that you did have appointments that afternoon and you graciously changed your schedule to meet my needs. It appears that you are too kind for the Industry you have chosen.
Tiffnee arrived at your office and was greeted with the same kind and caring approach you showed me on the phone. You explained everything to Tiffnee about car insurance and tenant insurance and continuously kept me in the loop by emails and phone calls. Letting our daughter grow-up and start taking care of her own business affairs while you secretly kept me in the background was greatly appreciated. Later that afternoon, Tiffnee called and was so excited that she had Car Insurance and Tenants Insurance and had made a new friend. I found that you gave Tiffnee your personal cell phone number and that she could call you anytime for anything. You have welcomed our daughter and we will be forever grateful.

p.s. my ten to fifteen phone calls did not seem that important anymore.
