I used them numerous times and never had a problem until I returned from a long trip (22 hour flights) and the limo was late. I called the office and cell, no answer. Finally called back and was told that the driver hit traffic and would be there in 15 minutes. 32 minutes later the driver arrived. Granted the flight arrived early however they should be tracking the flights and the driver still arrived 32 minutes after the schedule arrival time. I called to complain and the owner was rude and basically said we hit traffic and your flight was early so no fault of ours....feel free to use another company. Never again website states "With Brown's Luxury Limousines, you get luxury vehicles without paying luxury prices." however you get extremely crappy service. DO NOT USE THEM! PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GET GREAT SERVICE FROM THEIR COMPETITORS! (Hide)
