Good: They fixed the dent on the side .. Bad: I asked them to save the original rear bumper as the van had belonged to my son Spencer and he gave his life trying to save a friend from drowning. Sentimental value, beyond dollars. I had asked them more than 20 times and four people to save the rear bumper. They "Lost it" BS- 4 people and 20 requests and they could not do one simple request. If you value your automobile or anything about it. Take your car to anywhere else. THEY (IN MY OPINION) DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR WANTS. Just get the money F you. Improvements: Every one of the people I talked to FIRED. They will destroy the companies reputation.. Other: It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.If you think about that, you'll do things differently. Warren Buffett.
