My Mom and I had been to another auto repair shop (which shall remain nameless in this particular review) that took over $2000 of our money to fix several problems, all of which continued to repeat themselves; leaving us stranded numerous times and without a driveable car. I am a full-time college student and my Mom is disabled -- the repair shop new this -- and they continued to lead us on in the idea that they knew what they were doing. Well, we eventually had our car towed (yes, towed, it died on us for about the 8th time!) to Normandin Chrysler-Jeep. They had a repair center there. Within days they were able to tell us exactly what the problem was (turns out it was the internal computer) and within a few more days, they car was done and ready for pick up. We have had the car back in our posession since March of 2005 and have not seen any sign of the previous problem. Our little hoopty has been cured!!! hehe Overall, I recommend this business. They are professional in every way and the staff was very friendly.
