Review content:
If you love to shop for bargains, check out Bickel's Surplus. You are sure to find an ever changing selection of damaged, returned, and discontinued items which may or may not be just what you're looking for. I've found items such as toothpaste, mints, and diaper cream for a third of what they'd cost at the grocery store. I have found that you have to watch the prices on some items, however, as they aren't priced any lower than what you can find retail. The store is definitely hit or miss. Sometimes I have left empty handed, while other times I fill my cart. Regular Bickel's shoppers know what days the trucks come in and arrive early in the morning to get the best selection. If you don't like to rummage, this may not be a good store for you. But if you get a thrill from a good bargain, it's worth a stop.
