Kimberly - I *think* they sell sno-cones at Seattle Center. If they aren't in the food court of the main building, check outside near the Fun Forest.
I just had the absolute best sno-cone (shaved ice, sugar free syrup) at the Rose Garden in Portland. I know that doesn't help here in Seattle but just in case you're heading that way.....
