El Kam Realty has a large selection of apartments throughout New York City, all owned by one guy who manages the office. The best part about this management is that they don't charge brokerage fees for renting an apartment since you are dealing directly with the owner. The firm is owned by a guy named Ely who is well known for his consideration towards his tenants. So save yourself the headache of dealing with a broker and call them now.
