Review content:
CRP has incredible communication, well-informed customer service representatives, and excellent print quality.
The greatest advantage of using CRP over other printers has been their flexibility. Even when we exceed print deadlines by hideous margins they are always able to accommodate our schedule. They have worked miracles on a handful of occasions, and we have always been impressed by the way the work comes out.
Their prepress department makes sure that what we submit looks like what prints; this is often trickier than it sounds with dark or improperly color-spaced images. They are also good at telling us how we can make their jobs easier and our content look better.
CRP is also great at handling circulation, distribution, bundling, and inserting.
I've visited this printer's physical location. They're both well-equipped and well-organized. It's a small operation, suitable for printing at most about a fifty page newspaper and probably less than a hundred thousand copies. But at what they do, in the Boston area, CRP can't be beat.
