In what is a stupid move on my part, I had a small container labeled gold, I received the container, but it was empty, it was scrap gold, probably one ounce of 14k gold. Other goods were stolen. the disassembly procedure broke our desk, MDF desk, so not the end of the world, but only desk we had. When unloading the one guy spoke on his cell phone the entire time. They didn't protect the new carpet, and messed it all up. $5000+ should expect better service. I'd say find someone else, but this seems to be status quo on moving companies.
Pros: One nice guy
Cons: Stolen goods, broken goods
