Review content:
I used them for my husband's 50th birthday. Ordered red velvet cake, our favorite. The cake was so undercooked it was like eatig the batter out of the bowl and they didn't even use cream cheese frosting. I complained and they wanted me to bring them the uneaten cake. Since it was so bad we threw it out at the party venue. They told me they couldn't tell me if that was how it was supposed to be since I couldn't show it to them but they would make me another cake in the future. This only helped slightly since no one at the party could eat the cake but what else could I do, they would not refund my money. A few months later I decided to give them another chance. You could certainly tell that I was not paying for this cake. The theme was Daytona 500. I got a gray cake with a black oval on it, my 5 year old could have done a better job. Anyway, if it tased good then that would make up for the bad decorating. It was not to be......got a marble cake this time and it was baked the same way. Somebody needs to understand how to bake a cake. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I will go so far as to warn people away.
Pros: Nice stafff
Cons: Cakes look good but taste uncooked
