I've lived in this development for over a year and am excited to get out. In the winter the grounds are not tended to. Trash cans in common areas are rarely emptied, pet feces, trash & cigarette butts throughout.
No speed bumps & no sidewalks. People speed through here and they do nothing to aleviate the situation. There is no where to walk safely.
There is so much standing water that has made this entire development mold and become infested with mosquitos. I walk and wear long pants & long sleeved shirts when it's 90 degrees out and still can see them swarming around me. If you're an 'indoor' person, this place is great. Very happy with the apartment but I'm not one to sit in my apt 24/7.
