Review content:
The worst place for a hair color....I decided to give this salon a try after I saw their website which raved about their staffs' expertise & experience . They all seemed very convincing & very impressive in pictures..I first consulted with their master level colorist. It took her 4-5 hrs & to give me somewhat the right color. The cost was $ 165.
I dont mind spending the money if the job is done right.
The manager seemed very rude & kept giving explanations & just blamed the whole thing on me..
The lack of politeness,customer service ,apologies & of course THE horrible color are making me write this review.
Just beware!
