in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Bad: No integrity - preying on college students. I only gave it a 1-star rating because this review system wouldn't accept a zero-star rating.... Improvements: Some honest policies and employees (and, owners - if they set the policies!).. Other: My daughter BOUGHT a book there AFTER the return date. She returned it, unopened, unwrapped - unused, TWO days later. They gave her 15% of what she paid for it. I spoke with the assistant manager who told me they would resell it for the original sale price. Nice profit - nice scam....these are the unethical, immoral type individuals who make the south look bad..
