I'm a professional photographer and have found Pardees to be a little more expensive than most Brick and Mortar stores for the equipment and supplies I use. Service is OK unless you have an issue or need to return anything. In that case you're out of luck. Watch out for the current owner, as my experience tells me that he is not totally honorable in business. I have found it extremely difficult and frustrating to get him to honor the store's stated return policy. Every time I try to discuss the matter, his policy and conditions for return change. He even called to apologize for his rude behavior and then continued it. Something wrong here.
