Review content:
This company did alot of good marketing and customer service up front to win my confidence but several pieces of wood furniture were gouged during the move. Their response was that I should send them some pictures but because I hadn't purchased extra insurance, there wasn't anything they could do for me. In addition, on the day of the move, they were unable to figure out how to get my sofa down the stairwell even though I had had an upholsterer prep the sofa by taking off the arms. The upholsterer had to come back and was able to move the couch without taking it apart any further. With damaged furniture and a poor response from the company, I give this company the lowest rating.
