We love Isabella's! The food is prepared to order, sometimes it does take some time depending on what is ordered, Its not frozen food heated like most chains are,( that is why they always look the same whether you are in WA state or Michigan) Its made for you when you order. Its very good food and very large portions. We have never had a problem there. Its worth the money, there are always left overs to take home for lunch the next day. Keep up the great work!!
