My friends have been trying to get me to try yoga for so long now and finally i bit the bullet. I'm sooo glad i did! i found Big Apple Power Yoga on Citysearch and after reading the great reviews, i decided to give it a shot. as someone who has played sports all my life, i was always skeptical of yoga. this was a better workout than i've had in YEARS. the instructors are so well versed in Baptiste yoga and really made sure i understood what we were doing and the benefits. now i see what i've been missing. thanks nanci and big apple power yoga!
