Review content:
I'll admit that I'm a massage snob, having had one twice a month for the last 15 years. I became a member in '05 at the Buckhead location. When I heard M.E. was opening one in Roswell east, I was overjoyed. That was until my first 2 sessions. Horrible therapists and horrible receptionists. Then last year I gave it another try and found an excellent therapist who knew neuromuscular therapy but she left for medical reasons. I was crushed but was surprise when I found another therapist there who is phenomenal. John is very knowledgeable about his craft. He listens and works with me on critical areas. I always walk out of there feeling 200% better than when I arrived. He is amazing!
Receptionists on the hand are not quite amazing but they are better than when the place first opened. I just wish that if John is booked with someone who did not request him that management would switch therapists.
So if you haven't been back because of bad past experience, give them (and John) a try.
Pros: Very Professional Therapist
Cons: Receptionist(s) need(s) some training in customer service
