This was the worst spa experience I have ever had, and I've been to a lot of day spas. To make it worse, it was the day before my beach wedding in Anna Maria Island. The staff was rude and could not get the appointment times right. I wanted to gschedule manicures/pedicures for me and 3 of my friends/mother-in-law the day of my rehearsal dinner. I called the spa the day before to confirm all appointment times since they could not seem to get it right several months before when I made the appointment. When I showed up, the owner told me that I needed to call my mother-in-law and tell her to come in NOW (it was an hour before the scheduled pedicure time and I was getting a massage before the girls arrived). I told her that my mom could get a ride at 1pm, her scheduled time. The owner then RAISED HER VOICE to me and said "we have bent over backwards for you and I had to bring in an employee on her day off to accommodate you and your party." Ok - first of all, I could not believe this woman was yelling at me right before I was scheduled to receive a massage and relax before my wedding. I was nothing but nice to her and their employees when I arrived and I'm a CUSTOMER! And to inform me that you are bringing someone in on their day off and I am BURDENING you - it was over the top. To accommodate nails for 4 people? Ladies, please, DO NOT waste your time or your money on this terrible salon. This happened back in November, it is now April and I am still angry about the way I was treated.
Pros: My nail tech/massage therapist was great
Cons: Very rude receptionist, owner insulted me
