Review content:
Our landlord contacted this company because of a mice problem we were having. A man came out and laid some traps and said to keep an eye on them and then left. So a few mice were caught and I called to have them come take care of it and a woman came out who had no idea of the situation and made me feel extremely dumb for not wanting mice in my house. Not too long later, we found that the traps aren't working and called back. We were told they could do nothing for us and should just go and buy our own traps and lay them out. I can't figure out why they are in the business if they're not willing to come and fix the problem. And of course they're getting paid. Next time we have a problem, I'll hire my own PROFESSIONAL pest control who will take care of our problems.
