Review content:
When they were Ziebart I used them to do rust-proofing on 3 cars over the last 12 years. Ziebart required an annual inspection which the warranty and service agreement says there is ""no charge to the customer"" other than vehicle prep which consisted of power washing the underside of the car. They said that if I power washed it, then they would not charge for that. In 2004 they became Z-Tech but sent out a card saying that they would continue to honor Ziebart warranties. Yesterday, they told me they will now charge me $40 to do the annual inspection of each of my cars! I reminded them that I was a customer for 12 years with 3 cars, but evidently the money is more important. I asked if they will still honor the Ziebart warranty and service agreement document. The manager hesitated and then said yes except that the annual inspection is no longer free. One wonders if there was a big bill to fix some rust if they would renege on that as well. Pros: fast Cons: can not trust
