Good: NOTHING. Bad: I ordered four pair of exterior shutters from their online site. I opted for their "premier shutters" but when they arrived they were so flimsy I could easily bend the edges with my fingers. I can't imagine what their "standard" shutters are like! I contacted the company to ask for a return form and number to return the shutters. They sent one with the stipulation that there would be a 35% restocking fee. 35% !
Plus I had to pay for the return shipping which was near $50. I'm out $90 and no shutters..
