I recently purchased a leather bed from Urban Hom. Upon arrival of my bed it was discovered that the finish was darker then what I had ordered. When I contacted Urban Hom about my dilemma I was greeted with courtesy and concern for my problem. They handled the problem swiftly and professionally, always keeping in close contact with me regarding every development with this problem. They literally bent over backwards to remedy the problem and at the end the problem was resolved to my satisfaction as promised by Urban Hom.
