Review content:
I went to this salon because it was not only recommended but SI has a shortage of good salons. I went there for a few months and found the staff to be nice but the place is completely disorganized. No stylist has an actual station and that means I went from one seat to the other and in two hours (for color and a blowout!)I not only sat in two different stations but was shuffled to the back blow drying area to sit and then finally in the hallway! After playing musical chairs I was then put to dry and my stylist-Giovanni stepped away numerous times to work on highlights for another client so in between drying my hair he must have stopped three times to do someone elses hair. I did complain about this to him and was told that's how the salon does biz. He is very talented and I loved the way he did my hair so I put up with the unprofessionalism at the salon but my breaking point was as follows; After trying for the last two years to find the perfect color- Giovanni did it! And I simply asked what color it was and not only was he "not allowed" to tell me, his manager gave me a dirty look like I was some spy trying to steal their success! I wanted a name of a damn shade of brown not the recipe to coca cola! So I was given the cold shoulder and that's where I drew the line. Any stylist can match a freaking shade of brown- goes to show how dedicated they are to customer serivce...over rated- Giovanni and his wife need to leave that crap hole
