Review content:
I bought a house last year and one of the selling points was a new roof installed by Milsap. Surprisingly it started leaking this year. I called Milsap and they came out 2 weeks later. They blamed the window for the leak and told me they will fix the caulk as a service. It didn't stop the leak. We try to call and bring them out now for additional 4 weeks, with no success. No return, no fix. The ceiling is coming down as well caused by the leak and Milsap told me, this is not their problem.
