I lived here for 2 years. Within 1 week they turned off our phone service and within another month the DSL internet service was turned off as well. It was never turned back on and they never adjusted our rent. They claim DSL and phone are included in the rent, so they should have adjusted our rent when they took away these services.
I continued to stay because I was a student and could not afford to move elsewhere.
Now that I have moved they are claiming they sent me my $200 deposit. It has been 2 1/2 months and I have not received my deposit. To make things worse they go through a few managers a year, so the new manager does not know me and refuses to give me Dean's (owner's go to guy) phone number. Dean has not contacted me to explain where my deposit is and I cannot get a clear answer from anyone.
By the way this place is half apartments and half motel. In case you were wondering why I stayed so long. If you want to get ripped off stay at Solar World.
