I just ordered my 5th BMW from Irvine BMW - a 2011 X6. Many dealers are competitve on price, however, my primary reason for purchasing from Irvine is the excellent support I have had from my service advisor, Richard Toumayan. I thought of purchasing other cars - Audi & Porsche - but the thought of having to find a new service advisor as good a Richard swayed me to stay with BMW and Irvine BMW in particular. The quality of service support is as critical a feature of the car as any built in feature. Great job Richard!
