Businiess name:  Gregg R. Lewis, Esq.

Review content:
Continually not responsive to my calls, did not know the law or procedures, and was totally unprepared to handle the case or go to trial. Cannot imagine an attorney being less prepared for trial than Mr. Lewis. He didn't ask me for evidence, witnesses, or prepare me for questioning. I had substantial evidence and witnesses available and he ignored it. The magistrate's decision repeatedly stated "no evidence was offered that.." when I actually had the evidence. After losing comprehensively in a child custody matter to an attorney fresh out of law school (who although clueless was at least paying attention) Mr. Lewis missed the filing deadline for requesting court transcripts of the magistrate's trial. Because of this, the judge disallowed any appeals of an incredibly abusive and one-sided magistrate decision. I can not imagine how an attorney could do a worse job handling a case. Unprepared, unresponsive, not knowledgable, and not strategic at all. Clearly, Mr. Lewis has better things to do than help his clients who are paying him $225/hour. (Interestingly different than another post at $250/hr.) Unbelievable. I'm in a huge financial bind, thanks to Mr. Lewis' incompetence and negligence.
