Review content:
The person behind the counter told me that I had dropped off only 2 pieces of clothing when I had clearly dropped of 3 pieces of clothing and had the receipt to prove it. She insisted that it was my mistake and told me that I had dropped of only 2 pieces of clothing.
I had to go back and search my apt but did not find my missing piece of clothing.
When I went back, she sheepishly pulled it out from the back of the store and told me that her husband had misplaced it.
There was no apology. She yelled and even called me "crazy" for initially insisting that I had dropped of 3 pieces of clothing. She was extremely unpleasant although the fault was clearly with them.
I understand people make mistakes, but to not apologize and to call people crazy is completely out of line and uncalled for. She even insisted that I pay extra when I had initially paid for all 3 pieces of clothing and had the receipt to prove it.
Extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.
Avoid this place like the plague!
