Review content:
My dental appointment with Dr. Farhan M. Qureshi, D.D.S., of Alexandria Virginia, and his office staff was awesome! I can’t believe that I am saying awesome and dental appointment in the same sentence, but it was like a trip to the spa! Picture this… I’m sitting in a recliner and have a blanket to keep warm. (We all know how easy it is to get a chill in the doctor’s office.) I’m wearing shades, was given a vibrating pillow for my lower back, ear phones with my choice of music, (I have Tina Turner singing “Your Simply the Best” in my ear.), drowning out the drilling noise as they chiseled away the plaques, not to mention I was given a squeeze foam grip to transfer stress from the most uncomfortable moments of the procedure. The next morning when I had to return to receive the second round of antibiotic treatment cleaning on the other side of my mouth, I was actually excited to go back! What a difference from other dentist appointments I have had! I feel so lucky to have found such progressive and compassionate dentistry.
