Businiess name:  Nelson's Meats

Review content:
I have been buying meats from Nelson's for the past year. I have placed several large ($200.00 or more) and several small orders in that year. This year I placed one of my small orders for 5 pounds of ground beef. I was told by one of the butchers or workers taking my order that it was too small an order. They also told me that in the future it would have to be at least 20 pounds or more. Whatever happened to your friendly neighborhood butcher. Get over yourselves, your butchers and you are supposed to cut meats the way the customer specifies. Not surprising seeing that Albuquerque is filled with small minded business people who don't know how to service customers properly. Although I like their meats, this is not the way to make a customer feel. And when I go to pick up my orders, I have noticed a lack of professionalism as well as on the phone. You think you're too big for me? You just lost 3 large and several small orders per year. Real smart buisiness!! Duh!!
