This building is nice for now bit with the people they are moving in here it will be trash within 5 years.
Managment is clueless and unprpfessional they know nothing about renting or selling and act as if your questions and concerns are an inconveinvce to them. When we signed our lease they did not show us where the mailbox was or the trash area and even gave us the wrong key.Anytime we go down to ask a question they are rude.
This cheaply made building has good potential for the renter who does not planning to stay long but the management will make you careless about your community.
