Good: I liked the fact that they told me I was at the wrong shop. That Bellevue was a contracted shop by the insurance company and that I could take my car anywhere I pleased for the repair. I choose Bel-Red. Safeco contacted me and threatened that they would not cover the costs of the repair or warranty the work. They told me that I had to take my car to Bellevue. I refused. Instead of getting aftermarket parts I had OEM parts on my car. The gaps are perfect. I bet anyone who has their car worked on in a Safeco. Bad: shop does not get a quality repair done. I am happy with everything Bel-red has done and would recommend that people go there. I have cancelled my insurance through Safeco and now go with Pemco. Much better company..
