Good: The idea of an outside seating area.. Bad: Staff/management could have been a little more accommodating, flexible, & understanding. Service. Being told by 3 different people not to do or do something. Had to ask for sugar, garlic, ice tea. The ice tea. Ash tray and chairs being closer than 25 feet from the entrance but being told that we couldn't smoke unless we were 25 feet away from the entrance. Why have chairs and an ash tray right by the entrance? It was misleading. No flowers in the pots. Overcooked chicken.. Improvements: Relocate the ashtray and chairs. It's misleading having chairs and the ashtray right by the entrance when there's a law that the restaurant wants to enforce of no smoking within 25 feet of the entrance. Maybe some light music playing in the outside seating area. Plant some flowers in the pots.. Other: Maybe could have been a little more flexible with small pets especially when the entire town is hosting to the Duchaund Rodeo. I did notice there was another restaurant with the same type of set up that were allowing pets in the outside seating area probably just because of the special festivities going on. I have shared my experience with at least 5 people..
