This bakery ruined my daughter's 2nd birthday party. The center of attention was supposed to be her Minnie Mouse cake. I ordered it from this bakery, after carefully reviewing all specialty bakeries in the area, because their website was impressive and showed nice cakes. Talk about BAIT and SWITCH! The cake I ordered was NOT what I wanted. The people there were NOT accommodating, did NOT care that I the cake they presented me with was not that I wanted and didn't like it. I expected a nice cake from this bakery; instead I received the kind of cake I could have gotten from the supermarket! They did not care to come up with a solution. I will continue to tell everyone I ever come across, friends, foes, acquaintances, of this horrible bakery. If you are in the situation like me, and are trying to decide between this bakery and another one, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and choose the other bakery! They don’t care about you here. They had ads all over the bakery about how they are going to be on TLC. It appears they have become too famous to care about customer satisfaction. I was so frustrated with the cake I was given and did not want, I started to cry on the way home. My 2 year old looked at me, and burst into tears herself. Thanks for a memorable 2nd Birthday party, Bredenbeck's!
